The meeting is jointly organized by Università Bocconi (IDC and ISE) and Fondazione Ing. Rodolfo Debenedetti. Labour market issues play a key role in the political agenda of the new Government. The aim of this meeting is to collect ideas about how to deal with the proposed labour market reforms, such as reductions on work taxation, industrial relations and interactions between labour market policies and pension reforms.
Experts from the academic, political and industrial world will attend the conference. The participants are: Giuseppe Berta (historian, Bocconi University), Tito Boeri (economist, Università Bocconi and fRDB), Stefano Liebman (law professor, Università Bocconi), Paolo Maria Fiore (in charge of Telecom Industrial relations), Onorio Rosati (Segretario Camera del Lavoro), Cesare Damiano (Ministrer of Labour and Welfare).
Ferruccio De Bortoli, Director of Il Sole 24 Ore, will act as chairman.
