The VII RDB lecture will be held by Emmanuel Saez (University of California, Berkley). The lecture will be on the top 10 percent of the world income disribution.

The lecture will be introduced by Andrea Brandolini (Servizio Studi Banca d’Italia) with a discussion on low incomes, based on his research paper “What about Low Incomes?”. Thereafter, Agar Brugiavini (Università “Ca’ Foscari” Venezia and Venice International University) and Guglielmo Weber (Università degli Studi di Padova) will speak about “The Scarring Effect of Financial Hardship”.
