Tito Boeri and Pietro Garibaldi discuss a new formula to fight against labor market instability: a “single contract” for all workers, without fixed-term, with gradually increasing protections; a minimum wage and a structural reform of social shock absorbers. This will improve employment and help young people, women and unemployed of every age. With no costs for taxpayers.
Introduction: Mario Monti

Discussants: Alberto Bombassei and Guglielmo Epifani
