The one-day workshop concludes, as usual, the MILLS seminars series. It will be held on June 10th at Università Bicocca (Sala Lauree di Psicologia). Four economists will present the following papers:

  • Laura Hospido (Bank of Spain):
    “Job Changes And Individual – Job Specific Wage Dynamics”
  • Fabian Lange (Yale University):
    Employer Learning, Productivity And The Earnings Distribution: Evidence From Performance Measures” (joint with Lisa Kahn)
  • Lorenzo Cappellari (Università Cattolica):
    Earnings Instability And Tenure” (joint with Marco Leonardi)
