Riforme a costo zero
November 2011
Tito Boeri and Pietro Garibaldi
Chiarelettere
The book “Riforme a costo zero”, by Tito Boeri and Pietro Garibaldi, has been recently published by Chiarelettere.
The authors argue that in all economic sectors, you can change things without affecting public expenditure. In other words, there are important reforms that can be done “without adding a single Euro of public debt”. These reforms only requite to invest political capital in seeking consensus and a ruling class up to this task.
The book is only available in Italian.
